2026 updates: Esplanade at Wellen Park (Taylor Morrison golf community built around Myakka Pines Golf Course) is launching in 2026. Madera and Westlake were announced in January 2026 as upcoming additions. Sarasota National’s golf course closes for renovation in 2026 for approximately one year. Manasota Beach Road expansion (completing late 2026/early 2027) will cut beach drive time from ~15 min to ~8–10 min.
